Job Description

Kimberly-Clark is a market leader across several countries in Asia-Pacific, in markets as diverse as Australia, Korea and Vietnam. Excellence in sales execution is a critical factor for our success in these markets. 

Position Summary: 

Reporting directly to the APAC Regional Sales Capability Manager, this role is responsible for supporting priority initiatives In Store Excellence in Execution.

The ideal candidate has experience analyzing data, working with excels and creating dashboards both in excel and tableau.

On ground understanding: You will use the information to identify issues with the data or on ground improvement opportunities.

Communication: You will create summary reports, identify errors and be part of meetings with countries to resolve these issues or help them identify improvement areas.

In Store Excellence in Execution

  • Analyze the perfect store / DPSM execution tracker and related reports to identify red flags
  • Craft and analyze eCommerce reports, supporting market and regional eCommerce teams with clear actions
  • Identify improvement points to current reporting mechanisms and processes – in country operations and with regional tools
  • Craft country summaries using external and internal data available
  • Support in crafting training toolkits by making available materials visually and aesthetically impactful

Key Stakeholders:

  • Direct line manager: Manager (Sales Capability), APAC
  • Key working relationships: Director (Sales Capability), APAC; Country Sales and Operations teams, Regional Digital team

Requirements

  • Exposure to FMCG industry (preferred)
  • Experience in a commercial role (sales preferred)
  • Experience in analytical problem solving
  • Experience in excel and tableau
  • Experience or working understanding of eCommerce and/or digital marketing
  • Track-record of successful issue resolution – from problem identification to solution
