Job Description

We are looking for food lover whom is passionate in making a difference to be our Regulatory Affairs Intern, Asia Pacific.

This role is instrumental in designing and building a Quality & Regulatory Document Framework and Database and be involved in compliance projects that would enable speed and accuracy in serving internal and external customers and minimizes any risk of non-compliance.

Job Description

  1. Map and Build Quality & Regulatory Document Framework and Database Structure. 
  2. Cross Functional Raw Material Documentation Review: Request, review and filing of Raw Material Supplier Documentations (Product Information Pack) along with Procurement and R&D teams.
  3. Map out a framework of Top Customer Requirements in an easy to understand format as reference for stakeholders (R&D and Commercial).
  4. Compliance Review of Labels in accordance to country regulations.
  5. Documentation management using Good Document Practice (GDP) as a guidance to manage Regulatory Customer Documentation Package, Registration Dossier and Third Party Certifications.
