Job Description
  • Adhere to all House Rules, Regulations, Employee Handbook, Safety and security and Hotel Policies.
  • Demonstrate exceptional beverage skills and knowledge.
  • Handle and follow up on guest complaints effectively.
  • Assist in overseeing all associates during operations and ensure a smooth flow and consistent maintenance of standards to meet and exceed guest expectations.
  • Liaise with kitchen, food, and beverage store departments, and work together as a team to provide guests with desirably high standards of food and beverage services. 
  •  Check regularly on stock requisitions and ensure that stock is sufficed for operational needs. 
  •  Maintain the philosophy of quality, fast, efficient and courteous service and comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Check on appearance and grooming standards and performance of the staff. 
  •  Ensure that service procedures and policies are in accordance with the operation manual.
  • Observes, guide and train new associates to equip them with the skills needed to perform their tasks/duties efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and order of the service areas and that the condition of the furniture and equipment is maintained in the outlet. To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by the manager or assistant manager.
