Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Help customers understand how 3D Printing can impact their business.
  • Setting up, maintaining, commissioning, and training of 3D Printers.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth product/service delivery
  • Assist in end-user deployment, training and consultancy
  • Be the technical go-to for pre-sales and deployment teams

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • More than average IT skills and proven knowledge.
  • Knowledge and experience with technical support systems and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Have a track record of excellent customer service in person and/or over the phone.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Basic knowledge of various 3D Printing systems including FFF, FDM, SLA.
  • 3D CAD experience a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Strong management and communication skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity.
  • Ability to start and get things done.
  • Ready to get your hands dirty with 3D Printing
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
