Job Description

The intern shall provide support on the following tasks:

  • Customer Centricity: to maintain good relationship with both clients and associates to achieve high retention
  • Ensure adherence and compliance of processes e.g. office tool adoption, MOM legislation, internal governance etc
  • Drive higher efficiency through initiating process improvements
  • Ensure healthy payment and timely payment from clients
  • Ensure accuracy of the Weekly/Monthly Reports prepared by the Shared Admin Hub and timely submission to clients
  • Client and associate relationship management including engagement plans
  • Overall responsible for associates’ end to end human resource management
  • Onboarding: Contact associates and clients; manage onboarding process/orientation
  • Contract Renewals: Follow up with Associates and Clients (trigger notification), negotiate renewal terms, re-onboarding and work with Shared Admin Hub
  • End of Contract: Follow up with associates and Clients (trigger notification), confirm/negotiate end terms, offboarding and work with admin team
  • Handle HR related matters including but not limited to attending to client/associate enquiries, performance/grievances/morale management, counselling, termination etc
