Swim Success – Social Media Manager (WFH)

We have a significant amount of engaging content on Instagram, including over 20 reels that have garnered more than 1 million views and our monthly reach is 10+ million people. We are currently looking for an editor who can efficiently edit our content and distribute it across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities: 

• Edit short and long videos professionally to increase our content reach globally

• Help to film and edit videos for Youtube.

• Share our content across all social media platforms. 

• Monitor and respond to audience interactions on various platforms.

• Assist in developing and executing social media campaigns.

• Analyze and report on social media metrics to optimize performance.

• Stay informed about industry trends and activities.

Requirements:

• Have a strong video editing skills (you can use the applications you like best).

• Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content.

• Basic understanding of social media analytics tools.

• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to your basic salary, you will receive a monthly bonus based on the number of new clients you can attract from social media for our online training program.

The job can be done from home, with the requirement to come to a specific location only a few times a month to film new content.
