ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Intern, HR Executive to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background, enjoy working with numbers, and demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to join a fast-paced team with ample learning opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and validate weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly HR analytics reports
- Play a pro-active role in analyzing HR data, support to assist with queries from stakeholders including liaison with finance, management, regulators, auditors etc
- Support in new joiner payroll data, such as verification of data
- Prepare HR announcement materials and engage communication message with employee
- Support in coordination of recruitment activities, employee data, onboarding process and buddy program to add value to the employee experience
HR Projects & Others:
- Support Corporate Social Responsibility, University recruitment, Brown Bag and workshops, Diversity programs, employees’ Annual Health Screening, HR Newsletter etc
- Draft HR newsletters on a bi-monthly basis
- Support in daily lunch orders where required
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business or a related field
- Good understanding of the various HR functions
- Experience with MS Excel – VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, Power Query/Pivot
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite – Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Independent, detail-oriented, goal-oriented, inquisitive, and self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Power Automate or QlikView a plus
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, including the Singapore Employment Act.
