I.M. Ambulance Services (IMA) was established in 2012. We have been providing Medical Transport Services (MTS) for almost a decade. We also provide Emergency Ambulance Services for all high dependency cases and event coverages. With trained professionals in our crew, we believe in providing only the best in the business.
I.M. Ambulance Services at your disposal 24 Hours A Day, 365 Days round the clock.
We currently own a fleet of 20 Ambulances that are all adequately equipped to provide maximum safety and comfort during transportation. They can also accommodate patients varying from different sizes, weight and well as accessibility needs.
Our teams are all well-trained to provide patients with safe and reliable transfer services from or to home, hospitals as well as Nursing Homes and Dialysis Centers.
1) Escort the elderly needing assistance from their Nursing Homes to/from the Hospital or Clinic.
2) Accompany the elderly in the vehicle.
3) Assist the elderly throughout their hospital or Clinic visits, ensuring their safety at all times.
4) Always adhere to the Company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
5) Inform the coordinator / OPS manager of any abnormality of the client.
6) Ensure prompt takeover/handover of important documents about the patient from/to the Nursing Home.
7) Physically able to handle elderly on a wheelchair/stretcher.
8) Assist in other ad-hoc duties (when required)
9) Dress in uniform top provided / and covered shoes
10) Professional conduct when on the job.

Qualification PSLE and above.
No age barrier but you must be physically fit.
Training will be provided.
