Job Description

Human Resource

  • Provide support in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process, including drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, arranging interviews, and conducting orientations.
  • Assist in managing employee benefits.
  • Contribute to planning, executing, and facilitating employee activities to foster team spirit and engagement. This includes designing activity posters, managing employee registration, procuring festival gifts, and selecting venues.
  • Support HR-related projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing staff recruitment, engagement, retention, and HR practices.

Office Admin

  • Perform general receptionist duties.
  • Assist in office operations and vendor management.
  • Handle pantry management, including budget control, purchasing groceries, and suggesting pantry supplies.

Who we are looking for

  • Fresh diploma or degree graduates in any relevant field
  • Strong organizational skill, able to prioritize and multitask to manage work requirements
  • Attention to detail and meticulousness
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with limited supervision
  • Ability to handle confidential data with discretion
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Preferably available for a 4 to 6 months commitment
