Job Description
  • Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Assist customers and respond to customers’ complaints, requests and comments
  • Ensure retail SOP are upheld
  • Ensure Store VM display standards are maintained
  • Suggesting products to satisfy customer needs
  • Remain knowledgeable on products so as to enhance customer engagement and maximize sales
  • Proactively resolve customers concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with customer satisfaction in mind
  • Assist customers with returns and exchanges
  • Perform register sales transactions quickly and accurately
  • Ensure return merchandise is restocked to the correct product location
  • Ensure all damage and defective merchandise is properly labelled and placed in appropriate area at end of each shift
  • Maintain company brand standards of neat, clean and organized sales floor and stock room to ensure the store environment is safe and presentable for teammates and customers
  • Execute efficient and effective handling of all merchandise from shipment process and replenishment systems while maintaining stockroom and keep stock standards.
  • Ensure stock take is done and completed smoothly
  • Receiving of E-coms stocks and issuing to paying customer
  • Ensure that stock losses are kept to a minimum level set by the management, inventory count is done accurately, and the set procedure is followed

Requirements

  • Good in English and computer literate
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in interacting with customers and in meeting their needs
  • Ability to take direction while working with minimal supervision
  • Candidate must possess at least a Secondary level
