A great combination! As a Basic HR cum Executive Assistant, you possess a versatile skill set that can support both human resources and executive administrative tasks. Here's a breakdown of your role:

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

HR:

 

1. Recruitment: Assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.

2. Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate records, update employee information, and ensure compliance.

3. Benefits Administration: Support benefits enrollment, answer employee questions, and communicate with vendors.

4. Employee Relations: Provide guidance on company policies, address employee concerns, and support conflict resolution.

5. Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

 

Executive Assistant:

 

1. Scheduling: Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel plans.

2. Communication: Handle email, phone, and in-person correspondence, ensuring timely responses.

3. Data Management: Maintain organized records, reports, and presentations.

4. Project Support: Assist with special projects, research, and data analysis.
