Australian Migration and Consulting Services – eCommerce Content and Social Media Operations Specialist

Position Summary: As the E-commerce Content and Social Media Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing our company's e-commerce platform operations strategy while managing and growing our social media presence to enhance our brand image and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations on e-commerce platform (shopify), including product listings, order processing, inventory management, and customer service.
• Develop and implement social media content plans for platforms such as Instagram, Tiktok, Xiaohongshu etc.
• Write, edit, and publish various types of content, including blog posts, product descriptions, marketing emails, and social media updates.
• Analyze user data to optimize marketing strategies and improve user engagement and conversion rates.
• Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and conversions.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce and social media management.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platform operations and social media tools.
• Strong data analysis skills and market insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to work independently as well as be a team player.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic image and video editing skills.
• Experience with SEO and SEM is a plus.
