iAdviser Pte. Ltd. – Client Management Intern

iAdviser requires a client management intern to help distribute our App based service to businesses across Asia. 

The role will involve engaging with companies to:

• Promote the use of the App service. 
• Arranging training sessions on the use of the App.
• Engage in correspondence to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Travel to office locations (various locations around Asia) for meetings to discuss the use of the App.
• Arrange completion of terms of business agreements with new clients.
• Liaise with other industry participants to ensure accurate information is received.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of onboarding.
• Make recommendations for technology upgrades based on feedback and user experience.
• Maintain accurate records of all activities and documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to technology use.
