About this Role

We are seeking a Systems Analyst to support ongoing technology initiatives. As part of the IT Department, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify, document, and implement business solutions, ensuring the delivery of effective and scalable technology systems. You will play a key role in gathering requirements, facilitating testing, and supporting the implementation of solutions that meet business needs.

Job Description

• Provide ongoing application support and involvement in the various stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Conduct user requirement gathering and analysis for new systems and enhancements to existing systems or solutions.
• Document requirements and workflows for developed solutions, ensuring clear communication across teams.
• Perform functional analysis of systems and their enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Participate in various testing phases, developing test plans and cases, conducting testing, and following up on issues to resolution.
• Plan and coordinate end-user training for new system implementations and enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with business users to define IT processes, organisations, and workflow relationships that complement the proposed solution.
• Track project progress, document results, and support the team with the delivery of project requirements.
• Provide application maintenance support and participate in Request for Proposal (RFP) processes as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems.
• Strong track record in project management, user, and vendor management.
• Experience with MS Windows environment and application support.
• Knowledge of Database Management Systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous.
• A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
