Job Description

We are looking for a talented and motivated Automation Intern to join our dynamic marketing and advertising agency. As an Automation Intern, you will play a key role in streamlining our meeting-to-task workflow. This internship offers hands-on experience in utilizing modern transcription tools, developing automation workflows, and refining processes to improve task management efficiency. You will have the opportunity to work with tools like TacTiq, ReadAI, and ClickUp while contributing to the development of cutting-edge automation solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand the meeting-to-task workflow and the importance of accurate action items.

  • Research, design, and build an automation solution that captures meeting notes and automatically generates actionable tasks in ClickUp.

  • Explore and test off-the-shelf transcription solutions to integrate into the meeting-to-task automation

  • Develop workflows seamlessly integrating the extracted action items into ClickUp with appropriate task details (e.g., task name, subtasks, due dates, and priorities).

  • Test and optimize the automation process to ensure high accuracy and reliability in translating notes to ClickUp tasks.

  • Prepare technical documentation and present the final solution to the team.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Qualification and Experience

  • Strong interest in automation, workflow optimization, and marketing operations.

  • Basic knowledge of transcription tools (e.g., TacTiq, ReadAI) and project management platforms (e.g., ClickUp).

  • Familiarity with APIs, automation tools (e.g., Zapier), and workflow creation tools (e.g., Figma).

  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with different teams and presenting solutions.

 

Technical and Soft Skills

  • Experience in using Project Management software (preferably ClickUp)

  • Excellent written and spoken interpersonal skills; with exceptional presentation skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions

  • You pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics

  • You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
