We are looking for a Junior Designer to join our team and contribute to the creation of compelling designs that align with specific requirements. RESPONSIBILITIES
• Understand project requirements and concepts.
• Participating in various design projects from concept to completion.
• Producing drafts, prototypes, and engaging design solutions.
• Listening to feedback to hone skills and improve design.
New Media Content Creation
Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, Xiao Hong Su
Video Content Shoot using phone & lighting equipment
• Assisting in product and campaign photo shoots/videography
• Social media content and assets creation
• Proficient in Digital ImagingContent Creation
• Design and produce high-quality assets for paid ads, social media, email marketing, and web platforms
• Develop engaging content that aligns with InMed TCM brand voice and resonates with our target audiences.
Collaboration & Support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, and customer experience) to brainstorm and execute new creative ideas that drive engagement and conversions.
Brand Communication
• Support the development and consistency of InMed TCM visual identity across all marketing channels.
• Produce content that enhances brand storytelling, engages audiences, and strengthens InMed TCM community
Management
• Organize and maintain a library of assets and templates for efficient reuse and adaptation.
• Oversee the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring a streamlined workflow and timely delivery.
Retail TCM Centric Promotional Materials
• In-store physical and digital sales promotions and mechanics
• In-store physical and digital assets and supporting collaterals
Website
• Updates of Basic Website, Web Banner, Promotional Materials.
REQUIREMENT AND SKILLS
• Up to 2 -3 years of experience as a Junior Designer
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite design software (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Understanding of visual elements (Layout & Typography)
• Teamwork skills
• A keen eye for detail
• Time management and multitasking abilities
• Creative skills and problem-solving aptitude
• Diploma/ Degree in Design Communication or related field
VALUE ADD SKILL
• Video editing capabilities (Premium Pro & After Effects)
