Are you passionate about storytelling, social media, and creating impactful content? Boutique Group of Companies is looking for a creative and organised Social Media & Marketing Intern to join our team! You’ll play a key role in bringing our vision to life by helping us elevate independent brands and connect with a purpose-driven community. We are looking for an individual who is available for a minimum of 3 month placement, and able to start immediately.

As a Marketing Assistant intern, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting marketing initiatives across our diverse portfolio of companies: Boutique Education Pte Ltd, Host Events Pte Ltd, Frenchic Pte Ltd, and Bertie x Odie Pte Ltd.
Responsibilities:
— Ideate fresh content ideas for our social media platforms (Instagram and Tiktok)
— Manage marketing calendar, day to day postings and engagement with the community
— Schedule and post engaging feed posts and stories
— Populate and contribute to our weekly newsletter
— Edit videos and occasionally retouch images for online and social use
— Analyse performance reports, monitor social trends and utilise data to support the creation of new content
— Ad hoc: Various administrative tasks to broaden your experience and understanding of how our businesses operate.
Requirements:
— Prior digital marketing experience
— Flair for copywriting
— Videography and video editing skills
— Experience with email marketing software (bonus!)
— Experience in media and/or retail environments (bonus!)
— Proficiency in Canva
— Curious and positive attitude
