Job Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth user research to understand user behaviours, needs, and pain points
- Collate research findings
- Maintain information architecture for digital products, ensuring logical and seamless user journeys
- Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing results
- Collaborate with the UI design team to create visually appealing and cohesive user interfaces
- Apply consistency in design language and branding across all digital platforms
- Conduct usability testing sessions to gather valuable feedback
- Use testing insights to propose improved designs
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders
- Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Portfolio Showcasing UX or design projects
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or related tools
- Interest in UX design
- Willing to learn

Working days: Monday to Friday (1 day WFH is subjective to approve by reporting officer)
Working hours: 8am to 530pm
