Job Description

General Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Online Suite such as SharePoint).

 

1. SRFD00 (Finance)

a) Accounts Payables:

  • Assist in matching of invoices with supporting documents to ensure accuracy before processing into SAP system
  • Assist in monthly payment processing
  • Perform monthly vendor reconciliation to ensure completeness & accuracy
  • Assist in generating monthly accounts payables aging reports and analysis of the aging payables

b) Inventory Audit:

  • Assist in monthly inventory audit conducted by Finance department to ensure completeness & accuracy
  • Assist in preparation of the monthly report following the inventory audit count

c) Fixed Asset:

  • Assist in the preparation of fixed asset capitalization
  • Fixed asset count – assist in asset verification and asset tagging

d) Financial Audit:

  • Assist in providing supporting documents for audit samples
  • Assist in physical sighting for inventory and fixed assets

e) Taxation:

  • Assist in monthly GST submission
  • Assist in corporate tax submission

f) Other ad-hoc duties:

  • Process improvement projects
  • Archiving and scanning of documents
  • Any other ad-hoc reports or analysis as and when required

Requirements - Should be a university student and Computer skills.

 

2. SRMDPC (Procurement)

Proficiency in Microsoft excel, words and email communication is preferred.

  • Filing of Purchase Orders (PO), Purchase Requests (PR) and Contracts
  • Print/consolidate quotations
  • Update contract/tender summary spreadsheet
  • Assist in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) Process
  • Assist in any process improvement / projects as assigned.

Requirements - Microsoft excel and words, email.
