Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • To conduct research into industry trends, customer demands, and competitor products to identify opportunities for new development.
  • Support the creation and modification of General Insurance products, including pricing strategies, features, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., underwriting, marketing, actuarial, legal) to ensure product feasibility and compliance with regulations.
  • Help in preparing product presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for product improvement or optimization.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to innovate new insurance products or features.
  • Assist in creating product launch strategies and supporting go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Interest in the insurance industry, product development, and market analysis.
