Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Chairman. This role combines the responsibilities of a Personal Assistant and a driver, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and efficient time management. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Manage the Chairman’s schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Chairman.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

  • Personal Assistance:

    • Assist with personal errands and tasks as required.
    • Coordinate and manage personal appointments and engagements.
    • Ensure the Chairman’s personal needs are met efficiently.
  • Driving Duties:

    • Provide safe and timely transportation for the Chairman to various locations.
    • Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle.
    • Plan routes and ensure timely arrivals for all appointments and meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior experience required.
