As the first-stop and focal agency for disability in Singapore, SG Enable raises awareness on disability issues and facilitates access to disability schemes and services. About the Division
Corporate Services oversees the facilities management of the Enabling Business Hub, Enabling Village, and SG Enable offices, ensuring a safe, accessible, and conducive environment for both visitors and staff. Our goal is to maintain high standards of safety and comfort across all facilities, supporting a welcoming and inclusive experience for everyone.
Project Description
The intern will collaborate with various divisions to provide support in office and facilities management tasks. The responsibilities will include:
- Office Administration: Such as venue booking and planning, managing bookings and logistics for meeting rooms and event spaces.
- Daily Operations: Coordinating with the integrated facility management (IFM) company to ensure smooth operations.
- Project Support: Such as Vista, office planning, and tenant fit-out.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the monitoring and defects liability issues
- Review and update SOP for carpark park management, booking of facilities
- General administrative tasks: Help with general task such invoice verification and processing, filing
- Support the team in any other tasks, as needed
Intern will be expected to take a hands-on approach throughout their internship. Key tasks will include:
- Project Support: assisting with ongoing projects,
- Data Collection: Assist to gather data and information for better operational efficiency.
- Sustainability Initiatives: Supporting sustainability efforts by proposing improvements, and helping implement green practices.
- Workplace, Safety and Health: Participating in monthly inspections and checks ensuring a safe and conducive place for work and play.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related field.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with different departments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
