Job Description

About the Division

The Partnerships team cultivates and strengthens impactful partnerships with key collaborators to create equitable opportunities for persons with disabilities to aspire and fulfil their potential, as they can live, learn, work and play in an inclusive society. 

Project Description

Key scope: Support in org-wide stakeholder engagement efforts to provide executive oversight of strategic partnerships. This entails the development of a new Partner Relationship Management system, and change management to get buy-in and onboard staff. Support in the roll out of the Enabling Volunteers Chapter at various Insititutes of Higher Learning (IHL) to raise awareness and change mindsets, and better support PWDs in the student communities. Other areas provide exposure in international relations and corporate relations in building collaborations with international and local partners.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support in the following areas of work:
  • Implementation of org-wide Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system – working with internal and external stakeholders to develop the system, and onboard staff on its usage
  • Key Stakeholder updates for internal and external tracking
  • Volunteerism- roll out Enabling Volunteers Chapters in IHLs
  • IR - support in organisation of visits to EV
  • Corporate relations- triage and manage partnerships mailbox enquiries
  • Other areas where needed to support Partnerships team

Requirements

  • Open to university/poly undergraduates in any discipline, preferably with an interest in business, communications, and/or social sciences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a flair for writing
  • Ability to contribute as part of a team, while working independently on individual responsibilities with minimum supervision
