Job Description

As a Marketing Intern at Venture Cars, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team across three core areas: social media management, content creation, and event management. You will assist in creating engaging social media content, help manage content calendars, and track performance to optimize our digital presence. Additionally, you will contribute to the creation of promotional materials and visuals for various campaigns. Your role will also involve supporting the planning and execution of events, such as promotional roadshows, grand opening of showroom, ensuring smooth operations and a positive customer experience. This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in digital marketing, creative design, and event coordination within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities: 

Social Media Management: 

  • Manage all social media pages, scheduling, and engagement to maintain an active online presence and drive brand awareness.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends, demographics, and customer needs. This may involve analyzing data, conducting surveys, or researching competitors. 
  • Propose and launch targeted campaigns on both platforms, aligning with marketing goals and strategies. - Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to maximise results. 

Content Creation: 

  • Assist in developing a content calendar outlining the specific content to be posted weekly across all social media platforms. 
  • Regularly review and adjust the content strategy based on performance metrics and audience feedback to optimise engagement and reach. 
  • Create compelling marketing content for brand enhancement and sales promotion, maintaining a consistent and appealing brand voice. 
  • Generate engaging copywritings for social media posts and printed materials to effectively convey key messages and attract audience attention. 
  • Scriptwriting and conceptualisation of video content for diverse platforms, ensuring it appeals to a broad audience and maximizes reach. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging video concepts showcasing the cars' features, benefits, and brand message. 
  • Be a dynamic video content presenter, effectively delivering key marketing messages and engaging viewers to drive interest and action. 
  • Demonstrate a confident on-camera presence and strong communication skills to convey the brand's values and offerings.

Website Maintanence: 

  • Design and regularly update website content to ensure relevance, accuracy, and an optimal user experience for visitors. 
  • Write articles periodically to increase brand awareness and engage the target audience. 
  • Update car prices and depreciation information on all relevant platforms to maintain transparency and accuracy for potential buyers. 
  • Ensure all car listings on relevant platforms are updated regularly to facilitate smooth transactions and maximise sales opportunities. 

Design: 

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for various marketing materials such as brochures, banners, advertisements, and social media posts. 
  • Review and provide feedback on design drafts to ensure they meet the project requirements and brand standards.

Events Management: 

  • Assist in the planning and logistics for events, including timelines, checklists, and vendor coordination. - Support in organizing event materials such as brochures, promotional items, signage, and display setups. 
  • Work with the marketing team to develop event marketing campaigns across social media, email newsletters, and in-showroom promotions. 
  • Assist in setting up and taking down event materials and displays, ensuring a smooth and attractive layout. 

Customer Interaction: 

  • Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and comments in a timely and professional manner, addressing concerns and reinforcing positive brand perception. 

Ad Hoc Tasks: 

  • Undertake any other tasks as assigned by the boss or manager to support various departmental needs and company objectives.
