This Internship provides an opportunity for fresh graduates/ORD graduates/ tertiary students to be coached to operate in the real business environment. Trainees will be given wide exposure to the financial services sector, and will benefit from the various skills and capabilities development through on-the-job training and working closely with the team where they will assist in various aspects of work such as sales advisory admin, marketing, customer service, business operations and management support. This may lead them to full time positions in the organisation if they are found suitable.
- Plan & coordinate team- building events, company meetings
- Assist in client servicing & client outreach programmes
- Support Manager and team in preparation of clients’ portfolios & business presentations
- Collate sales records & perform statistics analysis
- Learn new client acquisition strategies & hone soft skills beneficial for professional development
- Assist in marketing collaterals and promotion campaigns
- Gain industry-specific knowledge in financial literacy & financial planning

Requirements:
- Polytechnic graduates or current tertiary students undertaking a business-related discipline e.g. Banking & Finance, Management; or have a keen interest in financial services.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Excellent time management skills with ability to multi-task
- Well organised & meticulous in handling documents
- IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft suite
- Meticulous & a positive team player
- Good command of English and conversant in Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking clients
