As an HR Intern, you will report to the Singapore facility HRBP, where you will be involved in engaging with employees and maintaining an exciting employee experience throughout your time at SenseTime.You will work with various global HR teams to drive projects and daily operations;Manage the end-to-end onboarding process – prepare LOA and welcome kits for new employees, and collect mandatory employee documents;Liaise with key stakeholders to coordinate interviewsAssist in the execution of C&B initiatives;
Requirements:
Undergraduate student studying at a local college or universityDemonstrated strong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsEnergetic person with the drive to deliver high-quality results in a dynamic environmentExcellent English and Chinese;Good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with various stakeholders to solve HR issues6 months internship preferred
