Role Overview
As a Sales and Marketing Intern, you will play an integral role in promoting and selling festive merchandise, including Christmas clothes and other unique items, to visitors at Mistletoe Alley and other designated event areas. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in retail sales and event marketing in a festive setting.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations:
- Assist in setting up and organizing merchandise displays.
- Engage with customers to promote and sell products.
- Manage transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
Marketing Support:
- Distribute promotional materials to highlight event offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns that drive foot traffic.
- Provide real-time updates on customer preferences and feedback.
Customer Engagement:
- Act as an ambassador for Christmas Wonderland, ensuring an excellent visitor experience.
- Address customer inquiries about products and event activities.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to supervisors.
- Assist in restocking merchandise during and after event hours.
Requirements
