Responsibilities:
Film short videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook videos and other marketing purposes
Create recipes or fun ideas to use our full range of food products for social media content (based on an assigned campaign or ideated yourself) like Instagram and Facebook posts
Assist in managing our own social media accounts: Handle engagement, follower growth, etc. Track the performance of our social media engagements to increase our followers and improve our engagement rates
Assist in brainstorming ideas for marketing campaigns and new product launch /existing products
Handle our e-commerce shop decorations and internal EDMs (electronic direct mailers) to our subscribers
Develop creative artworks for new and existing product developments
Requirements:
Keen individuals with good working and learning attitude (Poly / University students are welcome to apply!)
Proactive and highly organised, with strong time management and planning skills
Intermediate photography skills, mainly to take lifestyle product images
Basic videography skills to create short-form videos like Instagram Reels
Creative thinker with excellent content generation skills
Strong copywriting skills, with an ability to vary style based on target audience and purpose
Good sense of design to create simple social media posts and banners for e-commerce platforms
Comfortable working in a small team as well as independently to meet deadlines
Comfortable working in a dynamic work environment
Preferred duration: min. 6 months on a full-time basis (open to discussion/negotiation on a case-by-case basis)
