About The Role
We are seeking a motivated, strategic, and operations-focused intern to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency, refine strategies, and support initiatives that impact business performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, attract, and onboard top-tier service professionals to build a strong supply pipeline and achieve growth targets.
Manage relationships with professionals by addressing their needs and maintaining positive interactions.
Assist with the development and execution of strategic projects to support overall goals.
Track and analyze performance metrics related to professional acquisition, retention, and overall service quality.
Minimum Qualifications
Able to commit for 8 weeks between December 2024 and January 2025
Creative and innovative approach to problem solving
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Hands-on mentality with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Interest in / willingness to learn about the beauty industry
Positive, team-player, and energetic attitude
