Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes. The ideal candidate is expected to delve into the full sales and operations process as well as tour operations. 

Responsibilities

  • Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaign
  • Research and develop marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategy
  • Develop content of marketing campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date on current sales and marketing trends
  • Manage and allocate budget correctly
  • Compiling of Profit & Loss, tabulation with Accounts Department & Sojourners
  • Prepare itinerary decks 
  • Efficiently handling incoming travel requests either by email or phone, where you will be their emergency point of contact if anything is needed during clients' trips
  • Pre-empting and understanding the needs of clients’ travel policies and appropriately guiding them to the best solutions and recommendations
  • Able to book meet and greet services, private charter flights, and any other concierge type of requests needed.
  • Handling amendments, cancellations, schedule changes and disruptions
  • Work with a team of international travel designers in delivering final documents, generate profit & loss sheets
  • Delivering great customer service each time
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as necessary - Events, Travel Fairs, Campaigns
