Job Description

Responsible for the design, installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of systems that control and monitor a building’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, such as HVAC, lighting, energy management. Key responsibilities include:

  1. System Design & Integration: Design and integrate various building systems into the BMS platform.
  2. Installation & Commissioning: Oversee installation and ensure systems function correctly through testing and troubleshooting.
  3. Programming & Configuration: Develop control logic and configure user interfaces, alarms, and reports.
  4. Monitoring & Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize system performance for efficiency and cost savings.
  5. Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure system longevity.
  6. Reporting & Documentation: Generate performance reports and maintain system documentation.
  7. Collaboration: Work with other engineers, clients, and contractors to ensure smooth system operation and integration.
  8. Energy Management: Implement energy-saving strategies and sustainability initiatives.
  9. Upgrades & Compliance: Manage system upgrades and ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
