Job Overview
The HR Assistant at Medlink Healthcare Group (MHG) plays a vital role in supporting the HR department’s operations. This role involves assisting with recruitment, employee records management, payroll support, and day-to-day HR functions to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of maintaining confidentiality while working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Assist in sourcing candidates, posting job advertisements, and coordinating interviews.
- Facilitate onboarding processes, including preparation of offer letters, contracts, and orientation schedules.
Employee Records Management
- Maintain and update employee files and databases.
- Ensure accurate documentation of attendance, leave applications, and other personnel records.
Payroll and Benefits Support
- Assist in gathering and verifying payroll data, including attendance and overtime.
- Support the administration of employee benefits and claims.
HR Operations Support
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other HR-related events.
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure adherence to company policies and employment regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and statistics as required by the HR Manager.
General Administrative Duties
- Handle correspondence, filing, and other administrative tasks related to HR.
- Support the HR team with ad-hoc tasks and projects.
You should possess...
Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
Proactive and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
