Job Description

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Officer is an expert in account management and customer support function, focusing on delivering excellence to ensure service quality satisfaction.


  • Provide excellent customer service to customers
  • Effectively handle and manage customers’ enquires, feedbacks and complaints
  • Identifying and escalating priority cases 
  • Ensure excellent service delivery to both internal and external clients and partners
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services
  • Participate actively in the customer retention program and strategy
  • Tracks and assist in collection of outstanding payments 
  • Meticulous, organized and an effective team player
  • Perform other duties or projects as assigned

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma level and above with 3-4 years of experience in service-related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English, written and spoken, as well as proficiency in Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese- speaking clients)
  • Immediate commencement

Other information:

Working Days and Hours: Monday – Friday; 8.30am – 6pm
