Job Description

Duties, Tasks, and Responsibilities:

Assist in Planning and Executing Digital Marketing Campaigns:

Support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Assist in the creation, setup, and management of paid advertising campaigns (PPC, display ads, etc.).

Help with implementing email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and scheduling.


Content Creation & Curation:

Draft engaging blog posts, email newsletters, and social media content that align with the brand's voice and goals.

Assist with creating visuals and infographics using design tools (e.g., Canva) for visual assets.

Schedule posts on social media platforms and maintain content calendars for consistency.


Manage Social Media Platforms:

Assist in managing social media profiles, including posting updates, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and direct messages.

Help with increasing followers and engagement on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Monitor trends on social media to identify content opportunities and relevant hashtags.


SEO and Keyword Research:

Conduct keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner and SEMrush.

Assist in optimizing website content (blogs, landing pages, product pages) for search engines.

Help with improving on-page SEO (meta tags, alt texts, URL structures) and assist with off-page SEO (backlink building, content partnerships).


Data Analysis and Performance Reporting:

Track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing software.

Provide insights and recommendations based on analytics data to optimize future campaigns.

Assist in creating performance reports for weekly, monthly, and quarterly review meetings.

Assist in Managing Paid Advertising Campaigns (PPC, SEM):


Help in setting up Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media ad campaigns.

Assist in monitoring campaign budgets, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

Assist with A/B testing ads to improve campaign effectiveness

 

Skills and Qualifications:

Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, social media, PPC).

Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager (preferred but not required).

Familiar with content creation tools and software for graphic design and video creation ( Canva, adobe, blender, figma etc)

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Eagerness to learn and stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends.
