Company Profile

Total Wellness Initiative Singapore (TWIS) is a social enterprise with a ground-up arm that aims to promote and encourage people to take the first step towards being more intentional in caring about their well-being.
At TWIS, we believe that education is an equaliser–one that can reduce stigma and empower individuals to prioritize their well-being. By improving mental health education, we equip people with the knowledge and skills to take proactive steps toward a healthier, more balanced, and happier life.
To support that, we created a ten-dimensional wellness framework that is used to inform our programs. The framework includes psychological, physical, spiritual, social, creative, intellectual, environmental, occupational, digital, and financial dimensions of wellness. Through partnerships with organizations, schools, and community groups, we aim to raise awareness and foster the adoption of holistic and preventive wellness practices.
Since our inception in August 2021, we have grown substantially and spearheaded the following key initiatives:
Partnership with Organisations and Schools - Provide wellness planning workshops and our flagship mental health literacy course, REST for Wellness, to teach people what mental health is and how to better plan for their well-being in life. have worked with organisations such as Govtech, ShopBack, Aruba (Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company), General Assembly, HSBC, NTU, NUS, S3, community centres and many smaller informal groups.
Community Initiatives – Actively work with community groups in Singapore to co-create wellness initiatives, such as Design for Wellness, talks or workshops to increase awareness and understanding to encourage people to adopt more wellness practices in their day-to-day.

Educating the Community - Create and share over 650 pieces of unique content related to wellness and well-being across multiple social media platforms (such as Instagram, Telegram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and our website blog).
