Job Description

HR & Admin Intern

* Must be able to commit min. 3 continuous months or more - work in office

* Locals only

* 5 days week (Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm).

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in updating employee data
  • Assist in checking and processing monthly payroll 
  • Managing the recruitment, onboarding & offboarding process
  • Perform ad-hoc duties and other HR & admin duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • No experience is required. Entry level is welcome to apply
  • Proven experience in an administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in writing and speaking in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
