Job Description
Responsibilities
- Understand and listen to clients' requirements to prepare tailored design proposals
- Develop creative and visually compelling designs and layouts for various projects
- Collaborate closely with external parties to ensure seamless site coordination
- Prepare presentations (3D, 2D,mock-ups and renderings) for clients
- Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed
- Stay informed about industry trends to maintain relevance and innovation
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in a design-related field with 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Microsoft Office suite; experience with other CAD suites is a plus
- Strong creative vision and excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to execute projects effectively from concept to completion
- Responsible, with a proactive and positive attitude
