What we are looking for:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Training and Customer Support Intern to work closely with our team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple functions, including Business Development, Operations, Training Program Coordination, and Customer Support. We will need you to help manage day-to-day operations, supporting learners, coordinating with trainers, and contributing to process improvements, research, and curriculum planning. You will work in a dynamic environment alongside leadership, gaining valuable gaining valuable insights into business operations and contributing to the success of QD Academy.
What you will do:
- Assist in co-ordination with trainer for confirmed class
- Provide support to learners and companies via WhatsApp and email communication.
- Ensure learner satisfaction by delivering a high-quality customer service experience.
- Address and resolve learner complaints and feedback regarding their service and training experience effectively.
- Assist in registration of learners for the classes
- Support for grant administration for learners applying skillsfuture grant
- Assist in getting feedbacks from learners
- Assist in enhancing the Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) of QuickDesk Academy;
- Assist in research and planning for other curriculums that QuickDesk Academy will run
