Sheila, the brainchild of the brand, derived the name Hollyhoque from the hollyhock flower. Hollyhoque strives to espouse the flower’s delicate, yet ambitious & strong spirit through our pieces -- the hollyhock is known to be able to bloom in the harshest environments.
Established in 2008 as a humble blogshop, Hollyhoque has grown over the years into a full-fledged establishment and continues to serve long-time fans as well as welcome new ones. We make quality yet affordable clothes for everyday wear, be it a casual day out or an important meeting, and for all occasions from New Year to Christmas. Main Responsibilities
1. Product Management:
• Upload new products, descriptions, and pricing on the website.
• Update stock levels and ensure accurate product details.
2. Order Processing:
• Manage orders, coordinate deliveries, and handle returns or exchanges.
3. Customer Support:
• Respond to customer inquiries via email or chat.
• Assist with product recommendations and resolve issues.
4. Website Maintenance:
• Keep the website updated, visually appealing, and functional.
• Fix bugs or technical issues with developers.
5. Promotions:
• Set up discounts, sales, and special offers.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns.
6. Inventory Management:
• Track stock levels and arrange restocking with suppliers.
7. Analytics:
• Monitor sales and website performance.
• Prepare basic reports to suggest improvements.
8. Content Coordination:
• Ensure product photos and banners are consistent and appealing.
9. TikTok Live Support:
• Assist with TikTok Live sessions, including organizing product try-ons.
• Support hosts during live events by preparing items and engaging with viewers.
• Help promote products during live streams.
Key Skills
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify).
• Basic fashion knowledge (trends, sizing).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Confidence in assisting or participating in live social media events.
