We have a dedicated team of florists who craft exquisite floral arrangements for every event and special occasions with same-day delivery for flower options available in Singapore.
We pride ourselves serving individual/couple customers and partnering with leading bridal studios / events partners and corporate firms in Singapore for high quality, bespoke, affordable and unique flower bouquets and floral solutions including serving our customer's guests with freshly packed flowers via our Flower Bar services.We offer Bridal flowers, daily flower bouquets, across fresh flowers, preserved flowers and artificial flowers with complementary accompanying decors / gifts for every occasion.
Permanent PT Florist - Regular Hours
We are looking for an additional headcount (up to 2 on permanent part-time basis) for our florist position to help with our growing demands and seasonal projects ahead,
- Advising customers about floral options based on budgets and other factors like design / flower preferences.
- Preparing floral orders such as bouquets, arrangements and tracking/update of orders status from website and other partners.
- Setting-up floral displays and wedding car flower decoration (light handicraft work)
- Packing and protecting arrangements and other sold items for deliveries
- Preparing and Caring for flowers, and other foliage required for future arrangements (replacing water, etc)
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist with their floral selections. Offer knowledgeable recommendations based on their needs and preferences while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and educating clients about the meaning or traditions related to certain flowers chosen for an arrangement
Requirements:
- Self starter with positive and willing to learn attitude
- Experience: Prior experience in floral design or florist work is preferred. On-the-job training will be provided.
- Skills: Good interpersonal skills. Able to communicate in English and Mother Tongue is preferred. Basic computing knowledge is preferred. Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions and managing inventory.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift and move flower arrangements, and handle various floral products with care.
- Availability: Able to commit to regular shifts from 10am onwards - 6pm on weekdays + weekends and occasional OT (Paid) for Fri / Sat during peak seasons (Maybe til 7/8pm when necessary)
- Regular Shift Schedules (min commitment) as follows :
- Tues - Thursday (1pm - 6pm)
- Fri & Sat (11am - 6pm + occasional OT)
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and holidays as required (to be discussed for avails).

- Open for permanent part-time for those with experience only able to commit to work fixed / certain hours such as mothers or caregivers.
Hourly rates starting from $10 / hr - $12/14 (depending on experience and if it's weekend or PH)
