This unique program provides exposure across four key areas—Investment Analysis, Wealth Management Advisory, Market Research, and Trust and Estate Administration—offering a holistic learning experience in wealth management, portfolio construction, and financial research. Interns will gain valuable, hands-on experience while collaborating with seasoned professionals and contributing to meaningful projects that shape investment decisions and strategic financial planning.
Program Structure and Key Responsibilities:
1. Investment/Portfolio Management
- Manages client portfolios and executes investment strategies.
- Conducts market analysis, asset allocation, and security selection.
- Sub-teams may include Equity, Fixed Income, Multi-Asset, and Alternative Investments teams.
2. Research and Analysis
- Conducts fundamental and quantitative research on markets, sectors, and individual securities.
- Provides insights to support investment decisions.
3. Risk Management
- Identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks related to market, credit, and operations.
- Ensures compliance with internal risk frameworks and regulatory standards.
4. Compliance and Legal
- Ensures adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Drafts and reviews legal documents, such as investment agreements.
5. Operations
- Handles the back-office functions, such as trade settlement, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Ensures the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities.
6. Sales and Marketing
- Promotes fund products to institutional and retail investors.
- Develops marketing materials and client presentations.
7. Client Relationship Management (CRM)
- Manages relationships with clients and responds to their queries.
