Job Description

The HR Digital Services and AI & HR Analytic are responsible for HR IT transformation projects, HR processes modernisation, HR digitalisation and automation to better employee experience and HR delivery efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in data processing, identify data quality gaps and provide recommendations to improve the upstream data collection for the purpose of data quality.
  • Assist in research on AI technologies and trends relevant to Human Resources.
  • Assist in analyzing current HR systems for efficiency and optimization opportunities.
  • Prepare user-friendly documentation, including process maps, manuals, and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Support in developing and implementing HR predictive and prescriptive modelling.
  • Learn to work with a multidisciplinary team including IT and HR.
     

Skills:  

  • Background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics or related field
  • Organizational and project management skills
  • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to analyze complex data sets and able to handle sensitive data with confidentiality
  • Possesses strong Microsoft Excel skills (Vlookup, pivots, databases)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively within a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic project environment
  • Self-motivated and has the eagerness to learn and take initiative, with proactive approach to tasks and challenges
  • Proficiency in Python programming language is a plus
  • Understanding of cloud computing concepts, databases and HR systems will be an added advantage
