We are seeking a passionate and service-oriented Customer Service Intern to join our team and help us deliver exceptional experiences for pet owners.

Job Description

As a Customer Service Intern, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. This role offers hands-on experience in customer support, problem-solving, and relationship management, while contributing to Pawkit’s mission of enhancing pet care.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with booking appointments, resolving issues, and answering questions about Pawkit’s services.
  • Provide updates and follow-ups to customers on service progress or requests.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Gather feedback from customers to help improve Pawkit’s services and processes.
  • Support administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and updating FAQs.

Requirements:

  • Passion for Pets: A genuine love for animals and empathy for pet owners.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • Proficiency in using basic office software and familiarity with CRM tools is a bonus.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related role is a plus but not required.
