Pawkit is a pet tech company dedicated to providing streamlined, high-quality pet care services, including mobile and at-home veterinary care, grooming, and pet sitting. We are seeking a passionate and service-oriented Customer Service Intern to join our team and help us deliver exceptional experiences for pet owners.
As a Customer Service Intern, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. This role offers hands-on experience in customer support, problem-solving, and relationship management, while contributing to Pawkit’s mission of enhancing pet care.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with booking appointments, resolving issues, and answering questions about Pawkit’s services.
- Provide updates and follow-ups to customers on service progress or requests.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Gather feedback from customers to help improve Pawkit’s services and processes.
- Support administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and updating FAQs.
Requirements:
- Passion for Pets: A genuine love for animals and empathy for pet owners.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Proficiency in using basic office software and familiarity with CRM tools is a bonus.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role is a plus but not required.
