Ship Boarding Duties

• Port & Immigration Clearance
• Correspond with vessel principals, charterers, and relevant parties, and carry out their requests.
• Liaise with the terminal, book pilots, or manage other documentation requirements for vessel cargo operations, and coordinate bunker supply, stores, and crew changes.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements

• GCE 'O' Level / N Level and above.
• No experience is welcome, but having 1 year of working experience or similar work experience will be an advantage.
• Required to work irregular/odd hours, which may include weekends and public holidays.
• Good personal communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure, work independently, and be a team player.
• Proficient in English and Chinese languages.
• Immediate start is an advantage.
• 5-day work week but expected to be on call 24/7.

Salary

• Basic pay: $2,000 to $3,000 + ship allowance.
