At SPH Media, we create remarkable content and experiences - from breaking news to lifestyle content, reaching our audiences on a range of different platforms. As Asia's leading media organisation, our mission is to be the trusted source of news on Singapore and Asia, to represent the communities that make up Singapore, and to connect them to the world.
1. Write and source news on a diverse range of consumer and lifestyle tech topics from hardware and software, to technology and industry announcements.
2. Hands-on, testing, and writing product reviews.
3. Attend events for editorial coverage.
4. Shoot photos and videos for both written work as well as social media posting (FB, Reels, TikTok)
Hands-on training and guidance will be provided.
Requirement: 1. Strong command of the English language. 2. Basic photo editing experience. 3. Basic video editing (CapCut) sufficient for social media use. 4. Interested in all things tech. A personal hobby/interest area would be a plus.
Learning Objective: - Immersion into fast-paced technology industry. - Behind-the-scenes and first-hand look at the latest technologies and gadgets. - Build and hone diverse range of editorial skills required for the reporting of time sensitive news to in-depth product reviews, personal opinions and social media.
