We are seeking two highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team temporarily to provide comprehensive programming, coordination, and administrative support for an upcoming official launch event in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-profile event and gain valuable experience in event management and marketing support.

Job Description

Event Coordination and Administrative Support (Contract Position)

  1. Coordination and Administrative Support:

    • Gather and manage outstanding marketing information.

    • Collate completed survey returns and event photographs from partners (e.g., programme, venue, and other stakeholders) after the event.

  2. Event Logistics and Management:

    • Assist in managing the event's official opening, Design Community engagements, Volunteer Management, Hospitality Events, and Side Engagements.

    • Handle RSVP management and client data coordination.

    • Prepare reports and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.

  3. Marketing and Client Support:

    • Provide marketing support by assisting with promotional materials, client communications, and partner coordination.

    • Ensure all event-related information is accurately documented and shared with relevant parties.

Requirements:

  • Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Singapore. We regret that we are unable to sponsor work passes for this role.

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

  • Proven experience in coordination and administrative support for events, exhibitions, or similar projects.

  • Experience in providing marketing support, including managing client data and promotional materials.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with event management tools is a plus.

  • A proactive and team-oriented attitude with a keen eye for detail.
