Target Recruitment Pte Ltd – Retail Supervisor (Japanese Products)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage stock control, merchandise display, and replenishment with good forecasting.
• Handle cash register operations, including opening and closing the POS system.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Retail Promoters.
• Prepare and update duty rosters to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct team briefings before each shift.
• Set an example in customer service, product knowledge, selling skills, and cashiering.
• Improve inventory management procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries or complaints professionally.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Attend meetings and handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Able to communicate in Japanese with Japanese clients/ suppliers.
• Experience in Retail/ F&B operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
