Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accuracy and organization of corporate records and documents by managing files.
  • Perform basic accounting and bookkeeping duties.
  • Manage and coordinate the professional and personal schedules of Financial Consultants.
  • Need to be willing to cold-call clients for scheduling.

Role Requirements:

  • Part-time or full-time position available, preferably can commit from May to at least August 2025
  • Basic knowledge of Word, Google slides and Spreadsheets.
  • Good time management and organisation skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team setting.
