You'll be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment, collaborating with our Operations Team to organize, coordinate, and ensure the smooth execution of both online and in-person programmes. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do – Key Responsibilities
Support Training & Event Operations
Assist in organising, coordinating, and troubleshooting training sessions (both online & face-to-face).
Set up Zoom links, conduct dry runs, check attendance, manage polls, and provide live troubleshooting during virtual sessions.
Some events may take place outside regular office hours (with time off-in-lieu provided accordingly), you’ll get hands-on experience in the world of event management!
Manage Training Materials & Logistics
Learn about key event coordination details such as booking venues, catering, printing & mailing of training materials, and other logistical needs.
Assist with preparing course materials and shared online folders, ensuring timely distribution to participants.
Support programme execution by managing setup, registrations, and participant engagement.
Programme Support & Continuous Improvement
Help with recording and uploading of training sessions, and basic editing and organizing of video/audio content.
Gather and analyze participant feedback to enhance future training experiences.
Assist in internal projects focused on improving processes and knowledge-sharing.
Who We’re Looking For – Qualifications & Skills
University undergraduate or polytechnic student from any discipline (Psychology preferred, but we’ve had great candidates from other fields like Social Sciences, Communications, Media, Business as well).
Strong organizational and leadership skills – if you’ve helped plan school events, led a CCA, or managed projects, we want to hear from you!
A keen learner with a growth mindset – our ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, has a strong sense of responsibility, and eager to take on challenges.
Tech-savvy & quick to pick up new tools – existing experience with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Drive, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Video Production is a major plus.
Strong communication & teamwork skills – comfortable interacting with different stakeholders and working in a collaborative environment, both in-person and remotely.
Any of the following is a bonus (but not required!):
Experience organizing school events, CCAs, or student-led projects.
Interest in social-emotional intelligence, leadership development, or facilitation.
Basic experience in social media management, video editing, or digital content creation.

Location: Singapore (Hybrid – 40% remote work with 60% in-person including event support when needed)
