We are currently hiring Full-time / Part-time retail sales assistant to sell
- Honor mobile phones at Honor shop.
- Starhub service and telecommunication gadgets at our exclusive partner shop.
- Weekday/weekend; 11.00am to 9pm (shift available)
- Part-time rate: $11.50 - $16.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Performing retail duties which includes attending to customer enquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Staying on top of current trends and product knowledge
- Handle sales of mobile phones (new & used), mobile phone trade-in and service contracts (mobile, cable TV, broadband etc.)
- Daily maintenance of the shop’s cleanliness & tidiness
- Ensure all updated point-of-sale materials are displayed promptly
- Achieving sales target
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Sales-driven & customer service oriented
Working Environment & Benefits (for Full-Time only)
- 5 days’ work week / 10.30am - 21.30pm
